Group Therapy
Healing doesn’t happen in isolation — it happens in connection. Group therapy offers a supportive, validating space to learn, grow, and connect with others who share similar experiences. At Chiron Centre, our groups are designed to help participants build emotional resilience, deepen self-awareness, and practice new ways of coping within a safe, compassionate community.
Our groups are grounded in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)—an evidence-based approach that supports emotional regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and interpersonal effectiveness. Each group provides a balance of education, skills practice, and shared reflection in a supportive environment. Whether you’re seeking skills to manage intense emotions, strengthen relationships, or navigate the impacts of Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) or Complex PTSD (CPTSD), group therapy offers a space to feel seen, understood, and supported by others on a similar journey.
Facilitated by trauma-informed clinicians, each group provides a structured yet supportive space for learning and growth. Sessions combine psychoeducation, skills practice, and reflection to help participants apply DBT tools in real-life situations. Participants are invited to bring authenticity, curiosity, and self-compassion to the process, knowing that healing is a collective experience.
You don’t have to heal alone. Join a DBT group that understands your journey and supports your growth.
