Anna Barabanova, MACP, RCC
I have been working as a counsellor for over 13 years, supporting individuals through trauma, grief, personality-related difficulties, addiction, and complex emotional experiences. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and goal-oriented. I believe that therapy should lead not only to greater self-awareness but also to meaningful and lasting changes in the way people relate to themselves, others, and their lives. I integrate Schema Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and EMDR to help clients understand patterns that may no longer serve them, heal from painful experiences, and develop new ways of coping and connecting. I am committed to creating a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make changes that improve their quality of life. I believe that every person has the capacity for growth, and therapy can be a place where healing, resilience, and meaningful transformation become possible.
